The room I got was spotless and bright with a separate bathroom. Everybody was outstandingly accommodating. the villa had a stunning and particularly good location close to the city center, just minutes away from Willa Irmik.

The breakfast offered here includes a wide variety of delicious food, and the location is conveniently close to the Jan Kasprowicz museum, which is breathtaking.

I had the twin/double room which was bright and spacious with good facilities for families.

The location was peaceful and close to the mountains, city centre, restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping streets. the staff was responsive, very helpful, and created a cozy atmosphere.

The staff treated us like family, helping us with our luggage and providing valuable recommendations for mountain trails. The rooms were stylish and impeccably clean. The large terrace was a perfect spot for our kids to play. The sauna and jacuzzi facilities were also great.

I recently stayed at Villa Kaplowa Chata & Spa for 3 nights. The location was perfect for exploring both the city center and the Tatra Mountains trails. The rooms were impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, with a nice-sized bathroom. The service was outstanding, especially when we requested extra pillows and they were promptly provided. The highlight of our stay was the delicious breakfast, offering a great variety of regional and fresh foods. The staff, especially Natalia, were incredibly helpful and friendly, offering local tips and excellent customer service. The free parking and lovely view from our 4th-floor room were also big pluses.

I loved staying in this guest house near the city center. The hotel was clean and had great facilities. The breakfast had an excellent selection and the staff was very helpful. Parking was available right in front of the hotel and transportation was convenient.
